PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Experienced Healthcare Project Managers are assigned to successfully plan and schedule all HLW tasks in coordination with your planning team to identify risks and pitfalls and to identify solutions to ensure a smooth transition into your new facility. In addition to our planning and scheduling project managers, our on-site project managers will provide oversight, coordination and issue resolutions to all implementation tasks, relating to both new equipment placement and install, along with relocation services during this transitional period.
RELOCATION SERVICES
Whether you’re relocating to a replacement hospital or an addition to your current facility, our healthcare professional and highly experienced relocation team of executives, project managers, and move crews will assist you in creating a detailed relocation plan and schedule and then implement this plan. Our micro-move schedules are not only detailed as to date and time of what piece is moving but our schedules also highlight responsibility matrix for any disconnects, reconnects, re-certifications or vendor relocations. In addition, we provide a specific move manuals, packing materials, color coded relocation labels and other specialty equipment as part of our services. All of our Healthcare Team members are certified HIPAA compliant.
WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION
Warehousing and distribution services include storage of owner furnished, contractor installed (OFCI), owner furnished, vendor installed (OFVI) and owner furnished, owner installed (OFOI) equipment. During receipt of your equip- ment into the warehouse, HLW will verify all products against your purchase order to ensure accurate receiving protocol and note any damages. In addition, we will label product in our warehouse with final room placement information for ease during delivery services. LOGISTICS AND PLANNING
HLW provides healthcare logistics services to include medical equipment transportation, hospital relocation, warehousing, final placement and medical equipment placement and installation. HEALTHCARE EQUIPMENT PLACEMENT, INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
HLW equipment placement, assembly and installation services include: management, coordination, planning, scheduling and implementation of OFOI new Medical Equipment deployment. Our healthcare technicians can provide placement of all items and assembly and install of patient care wall-mounted equipment including sharps & glove boxes, diagnostic sets, sphygs, bulletin boards, and many other items. In addition, our technicians can assemble mobile equipment including procedure carts, linen hampers, shelving, wheel- chairs, scales and many other pieces of OFOI product.
